Client: Collier.Simon / Capital One.
Problem: In the midst of an overarching, broadcast-bolstered rebrand, Capital One needed App Store messaging and Visual ID to reflect both the rebrand and the big upgrades they had recently made to their app, which had become more of an all-in-one solution.
Solution: Brought on board by agency Collier.Simon to lead messaging and strategy, I analyzed target audiences, made recommendations for value propositions and messaging priority, wrote copy, and helped plan Visual ID that fit the brand’s clean simplicity while prioritizing a scroll-friendly mobile experience.
