For three years I pitched on content campaigns for FX’s various title launches, as well as their core brand. Although I contributed thinking to a variety of spots and digital activations, the following are two ideas that I came up with and scripted out.
THE AMERICANS
Bronze Winner - “Best TV Spot” - 2016 Clio Awards
The Americans has built up a reputation for eye-catching creative that portrays a different ambience each season. Focusing on a "Spy Noir" theme, I wrote a piece that merged the featured couple's affinity for seducing and assassinating.
SNOWFALL
Bronze Winner - “Best Integrated Campaign” - 2017 Clio Awards
Snowfall: Season 1 was a pivotal debut. Most FX shows in the drama category call for at least one teaser that builds the world in an abstract, aesthetic fashion. Coming up with the overall idea, I dictated the primary art direction for this spot, while a creative director paired the imagery with a quote from the show.
